I signed up but haven't heard from you yet?
Firstly just make sure that you have confirmed your email address by clicking the link in the email that we sent. If you didn't receive it, see below for help. If your email is confirmed then don't worry - we have your details and will be in touch soon. Some weeks we may have more on than other weeks and the amount/type of research can vary depending on where you are in the country. We will contact you by phone or email depending on the type of research you opted in for, so it's good idea to add firstname.lastname@example.org as a trusted sender to make sure you don't miss any invites!
I didn't receive my confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails end up in the Junk or Spam folder, so check there first. If after 5 minutes you have still not received it then either click here or click the 'Resend a confirmation email' button on the home page. If the system says that it was unable to send the email then please get in touch with us as you may have entered it incorrectly when signing up.

Just sign in and visit the Rewards page. Here you'll find how many points you have, where you've collected them from and what rewards are available.
