What is the One Picture Neighbourhood?
The One Picture Neighbourhood is a community of people just like you where you can participate in focus groups, workshops, product and service testing, surveys, polls, and forums. Members have the opportunity to share their opinions and influence the experiences, products and services from a variety of NZ and international companies - and be rewarded for doing so!
Who is welcome in the One Picture Neighbourhood?
Anyone living in New Zealand is welcome to join our panel and have their voice heard. Current members have all agreed to take part by completing a short survey. If you would like to join, please click here to complete the survey.
Do I get paid for completing research?
For the majority of our projects - yes! We hold regular face to face paid research sessions both in Auckland and throughout the country where you will be paid in cash or vouchers at the end of each session (unless otherwise stated). Online surveys will earn you points which you can redeem for gift cards and other incentives on the One Picture Neighbourhood.
What are the requirements to join the One Picture Neighbourhood?
There is no minimum requirement to be a member. As long as you are interested in sharing your opinions, we'd love to have you on board!

What do you do with my personal details?
We collect your details for our profiling purposes only, to make sure that you are being invited for relevant research. We never sell or pass on panelist information to any third parties.
I signed up but haven't heard from you yet?
Firstly just make sure that you have confirmed your email address by clicking the link in the email that we sent. If you didn't receive it, see below for help. If your email is confirmed then don't worry - we have your details and will be in touch soon. Some weeks we may have more on than other weeks and the amount/type of research can vary depending on where you are in the country. We will contact you by phone or email depending on the type of research you opted in for, so it's good idea to add email@example.com as a trusted sender to make sure you don't miss any invites!
I didn't receive my confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails end up in the Junk or Spam folder, so check there first. If after 5 minutes you have still not received it then either click here or click the 'Resend a confirmation email' button on the home page. If the system says that it was unable to send the email then please get in touch with us as you may have entered it incorrectly when signing up.
How can I check my points balance and redeem rewards?
Just sign in and visit the Rewards page. Here you'll find how many points you have, where you've collected them from and what rewards are available.
How do I participate in a discussion?
You can find the discussions if you click here. You can either Create your own discussion if you click the 'Create' button or read an existing one in the list. If you have something to add click reply and fire away. You can comment on someone else's reply and build the conversation from there.
How many surveys do I have to complete?
As many as you like - there is no minimum and no surveys are mandatory but we certainly encourage you to take part in as many surveys as you are invited to take. The more you participate the more rewards you get.
How do I complete a survey?
The quickest way to complete a survey is to click here to see what surveys are available for you. You will also be emailed directly with a unique link each time there is a new survey. Simply click the link in the email and you'll go straight to it or copy the URL and paste it into your web browser. We try to make sure each survey is short and sweet to so you don't have to take too long answering them.
How long will I have to complete each survey?
You will typically have anywhere from 24 hours to one week to complete each survey. Make sure you complete each survey as soon as you can as they won't always be available for long!
